Who's actually answering?
A vetted U.S.-based marketer with 15+ years of experience. Everyone on the halp team has consulted across startups through enterprise — paid media, SEO, lifecycle, analytics, the whole stack.
What's the difference between halp Chat and halp Pro?
halp Chat ($300/mo) is unlimited chat. halp Pro ($500/mo) is chat plus a 2-hour video call every month — useful when you want to share screens, walk through an account, or just talk things through. You can also book one-off video calls on Chat at $200/hour any time.
How fast do you actually reply?
Within minutes during business hours. Next business day after that. Our average first response is around 3 minutes when an expert is online.
What happens after the 3-day trial?
You're charged for whichever plan you picked. Cancel anytime — no calls, no clawbacks, no "winback specialist."
Is there a question limit?
No. Ask one a month or thirty. Within reason — we're not your full-time CMO.
Can I get on a video call?
Yes. halp Pro members get a 2-hour video call every month included. halp Chat members can book a 1-hour video call at $200 any time.
What if my question is outside marketing?
We'll tell you. We're marketers — not lawyers, accountants, or therapists.
Is there an iOS or Android app?
Yes. The mobile app uses the same login as the web — your conversation history follows you across devices. Subscriptions only happen on the web (it keeps your bill lower).
Do you offer refunds?
If you're unhappy in your first paid month, email us and we'll refund you. After that, you can cancel any time but we don't pro-rate partial months.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are confidential, never shared, and never used for marketing or training. We're not selling your questions to anyone.
Can I share my account with my team?
Right now halp is built around one user per account so the expert can stay close to your context. If you need a team plan, email us — we're working on it.
What about after-hours?
If it's outside U.S. business hours, you'll get a reply by the next business day. For most questions, that's still faster than any agency.
Will you do the work for me?
halp is advisory — strategy, audits, reviews, walk-throughs. We'll tell you exactly what to do (and often share templates and tools), but we don't run your campaigns or manage your accounts day-to-day. If you need that, we can recommend the right kind of partner.
Can my agency or freelancer use halp?
Sure. A lot of agencies use halp to sanity-check their own strategy or get a second opinion they can't get from juniors. Just sign them up.
